Our marketing services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plans start at $297 per month. Specific deliverables, ad spend, and service scope are defined in your individual service agreement.

While we strive to deliver strong results, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and your business operations. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue figures, or return on ad spend.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to accounts and assets, and timely approvals needed to execute campaigns. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect campaign performance and timelines.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, offers, or claims you ask us to promote on your behalf.

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is separate from management fees and is typically billed directly to your platform accounts. Late payments may result in paused campaigns or suspended services.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the termination date and any outstanding ad spend.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintMarketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised 'last updated' date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
